AV Multitrade collects customer information such as name, email, mobile number, address, order details and payment reference only for order processing, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and delivery coordination.
Online payments are redirected to PayU. We do not store card, UPI PIN, net banking password or sensitive payment credentials on this website.
Email login and verification are handled using Firebase Authentication. Customers should verify their email before PayU online payment.
Order data may be shared with payment gateway, shipping partners, tax/accounting teams or lawful authorities when required.
